General Body Meeting

Meeting of all current and prospective IEEE members. Goals for the semester will be presented. All those interested should attend. Will normally be followed by a presentation by outside/affiliated sources. There will be free food.

Walk-in Tutoring

Starting Monday February 9th, we will open the IEEE lounge once a week to all ECE students seeking academic help. The lounge will be open from 2PM to 5PM with tutors from both the membership of IEEE and that of HKN. Details concerning each week's session will be posted on the front page.

End of Year Banquet

On Friday, April 24, 2009, the first annual IEEE End of Year Banquet will be held. Only the most active members will have the priviledge of joining the officers and faculty for this event.

Maryland Day

On Saturday, April 25, 2009, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, the University of Maryland, College Park, is opening its doors to alumni and their families, prospective students and parents, business and community leaders, and all residents of the surrounding Baltimore-Washington Metro area.

IEEE expects to have a booth set up alongside other engineering organizations in front the of Kim Engineerning Building.
